My background as a former educator informs an empathetic, encouraging, and authentic approach to counseling, grounded in respect for the many ways individuals learn, grow, and experience life. I strive to create a supportive, safe space where clients can thoughtfully explore patterns, behaviors, and emotions that may be limiting their well-being or sense of fulfillment. I specialize in working with adoption-related issues, ADHD, adolescents, first responders, and multicultural families—areas deeply informed by my personal and professional experiences. I am also a passionate Peace and Justice facilitator, engaging individuals and communities in practices that promote reflection, advocacy, and respect for the inherent dignity of self, others, and the world around us.
